One job. One agreed version. A record both sides can find later.
Start without a cardThree welcome records are included.
Pay only after sealingDrafts and failed seals consume no record usage.
Get the result automaticallyBoth parties receive the final PDF after both sign.
The client has some, you have others, and nobody knows which belong to the final version.
A clear conversation on site becomes difficult to prove when the invoice arrives.
Messages, PDFs and signatures sit in different apps when you need one clean record.
Designed for the phone already in your pocket. Your customer needs only the private email link.
Choose the customer, describe the revision and add photos, documents, pricing and notes.
You sign first. The customer reviews the same frozen revision and signs from the email link.
SignThatUp seals the record, emails the final PDF to both sides and opens the private customer room.
Keep original images, PDFs and the files that define what was delivered.
Record the proposal, agreed range, exceptions and the details both people are reviewing.
Use email-invited electronic signing or add a wet-ink signature photo to the exact revision.
After both signatures, each side receives the final PDF and private access to the sealed record.

Choose monthly flexibility or save with yearly billingSecure your account, then continue directly to Stripe.
The first 100 paying workspaces share one founder pool. After it fills, Stripe shows €19/month or €190/year before payment. The discount covers the Pro base subscription, not overages or future third-party assurance fees. Yearly overages are settled at renewal. Cancellation ends founder eligibility. VAT is not charged while the provider is not identified for VAT purposes.
The SignThatUp promise
Your client never pays us. Signing a record does not create a client subscription.
Your sealed history stays visible. Cancelling Pro does not erase already sealed records.
Help stays inside the workspace. Open a private support thread without granting support access to your jobs or evidence.
No. The client receives a private email link, reviews the frozen job revision and signs without an account or SignThatUp subscription.
SignThatUp seals the exact revision, emails the same final PDF to both parties and gives the customer private access to the sealed record room.
Not in Lite. Lite records an email-invited electronic signature or wet-ink signature photo with the frozen content and service events. Advanced and qualified assurance will be optional, separately priced upgrades.
No. A signed revision is frozen. If the work changes, create a new revision so the earlier agreement remains understandable.
Founder pricing closes automatically. New customers see the regular €19 monthly or €190 yearly price in Stripe before paying. Existing continuously subscribed founders keep their discount for 24 months.
